Is It Safe To Use Hydrocortisone And Aqueous Cream For Bumps On My Chin?

Hi there, I have used topical steroid for a long time and recently got bumps on my chin and around the nose. I went to the GP the other day and he prescribed me hydrocortisone 1% and Aqueous cream. But I went home to look on the internet and think I've got minor peri-oral dermatitis, since they're neither red nor itchy, they're just bumpy, which will be aggravated if I use Hydrocortisone and the Aqueous cream. What should I do now!!! Go to another GP to get the right prescription? Is there any home remedy I can apply to reduce the symptom? This looks really ugly!!
