Is It To Be Concern About The Swelling In The Arm?

Hi, I got stung by a wasp on monday for the first time. It was on my arm, about 2cm away from my implant. My arm had swollen a great amount and I fear now, after checking how my implant is, that it has moved down a great amount. Where my incision scar is, seems to be where the bottom of my implant is. Please help, should I be worrying that it is not in effect?! I'm only 16, and I'm really scared!
