Is It To Be Concerned About Discharge From The Nipple Along With Soreness And Itching?

Hello i am 34 and have had a total hysterectomy 14 months ago. I have Greenish brown nipple discharge and underarm itching as well as armpit swelling and sores on my breast that never seem to fully heal. Today i noticed that my left breast had blue viens popping out and very prominente around the nipple área! I have a strong family history of breast cáncer including my mom. Should i be concerned?
