Is It To Be Concerned About The Bruise On The Nose?

Occassionally when I wake up in the morning I wake up with what looks like a bruise on the top of my nose where it bridges from my forehead area out into the nose. It resembles a star its black takes about a day or 2 for it to go away. It doesn't hurt. Should I be concerned about this? I have tried to go to the doctors and have it looked at but by the time an appointment comes available the bruise is gone.
