Is It To Be Concerned If Having Pseudomonas Aeruginosa In Vagnial Culture Test?

I just got a vaginal culture result back that was taken on December 23rd and I had thought that I had a simple yeast infection from taking antibiotics, but the yeast culture result showed that I have the bacterium "pseudomonas aeruginosa". What does this mean and is this serious?
