Is It To Be Worried About The Ultrasound Test Results Which Indicated Bulky Uterus?

Hi, the results from my ultrasound are - slightly bulky uteris and shows a central endometrial echo measuring 3mm. small nabothian cysts seen in the cervix. the right ovary shows a cystic lesion measuring 40mmx32mmx35mm.
won't see my doctor for another 2 weeks, should i be worried
