Is It True That Stairs Have To Be Avoided After A Family Planning Operation ?

hi,I am 29 yrs old...mother of 6 kids..last baby on 4 sep......On 6 sep i got planning planning operation done.The term the dr n d sisters were using was PNS.I stay on d 1st floor of my house .My relatives said i h ave to avoid using stairs max for 4 mnts....The kitchen is downstairs n i often need to get into d kitchen...I wanted to enquire is this true that i hav to avoid climbing up n down d stairs?And other precausions i need to take n 4 how long...plz advise...thanku!
