Is Left Paracentral Disc Protrusion With Neural Foraminal Narrowing In MRI Mean Stenosis ?

MRI results read:
At C5/C6, a left paracentral disc protrusion is noted with mild left-sided neural foraminal
narrowing.

At C6/C7, minimal disc bulge is noted without central canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.

Could this be diagnosed as stenosis?
