Is Light Exercise Good For Maxillary Fracture Healing?

I have a maxlillary fracture on my right cheek. I dont appear to have any cosmetic damage other than the egg shaped swelling. The swelling has gone down tremendously as today is day 5 since the incedent. My question is light exercise/walking good for the healing process or does it pro-long the process.
