Is Migraines Causing Headache After Being Hit On Head?

HI! I hit my head 2 days ago and my headache will not go away. I feel so much pressure, nausea and dizziness. I am a migraine sufferer. I had 2 migraines since. I am not sure if my head is just sensitive to pain since I get migraines. I hit my head whenI fell on furniture. I am so tired though. i sleep 12 hrs and its still not enough. do you think this is just side effects from my migraines?
