Is Oozing Liquid From Nipple After Surgical Abortion Normal?

I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago (I was 4 weeks pregnant). I did a pregnancy test to make sure I was not pregnant 2 and a half week after the procedure and it turned out negative. However, I started noticing that when I squeezed my nippled some liquid would come out. Is that normal even after having done an abortion 3 weeks ago?
