Is Orange Blood Discharge During Pregnancy (with History Of Miscarriage) Worrisome?

Hi. I am 23 years old, 5 foot and weight 145. I have prevouisly miscarried. I am 16 weeks pregnant. I have experienced some bleeding in the last two weeks. Both times it has stopped, and the baby's heartbeat is normal. I also had an ultrasound the first time and everything looked great. Now it has turned from blood to a sort of orange blood with some clear discharge also. This only happens when I wipe. Is this normal? I am trying not to worry. My doctor isn't worried. But I am.
