Is Pain/cramps In Arm And Leg Related To Ovarian Cyst?

I was told after a pelvic and transvag u/so that I have a cyst on my ovary (benign) and a swollen fluid filled fallopian tube (had tubes tied in Aug of 2001). I have been getting cramps a lot lately on my right side and it shoots down my leg and into my arm. Feels almost like a growing pain in my arm. Is this from the cyst?
