Is Plastic Surgery Recommended For White Lip Patches?

Hi Im 28 years old & im single, i m preparing for my marriage purpose. I have white patches on my lower lips, have gone under several treatments, finally they suggest me to go for graphic / plastic surgery. My queries is after surgery it show any difference on my lips? means it looks naturally? Then after surgery i well not have any side effects like., having food, applying lip stick, to speak and etc.. So, does it take 2 to 3 Weeks to come in normal pose? please help me………..
