Is Spotting Caused Due To Cipla Crisanta?

I was using Cipla Crisanta for 3 months to regularise my periods . During that interval I never faced the problem of blood spotting . Last month I stopped taking crisanta since the duration of 3 months was over. Then, on 23rd Jan I had oral sex with my boyfriend. That time, he inserted his penis half into my vagina for first tim and just for 3-4 secs , since I screamed alot . Later, I noticed bleeding due to my hymen was torn . After this, on 4 Feb I noticed spotting with red color blood . Is this spotting is due to cipla, because I stopped the dosage ?
