Is Submucousal Fibroid And Missed Period Symptoms Of Cancer?

Endometrium measured 19mm (day before anticipated period - still menstruating). Sono found one submucousal fibroid and maybe a polyp. I'm 55 years old and have been having regular periods (although heavier), up to two months ago. I have now missed two periods. Doc recommended an endometrial biopsy and I had one performed just yesterday before possible ablation procedure for heavy bleeding. Also had FSH levels tested. So worried I might have cancer. Should I be concerned?
