Is Surgery Essential For Multiple Anechoic Cysts In The Ovary?

hello doctor , i am poonam chawla from mumbai, age 31. I have cysts in ovary. In Rt ovary has multiple anechoic cysts of upto 48 mm in diameter. In Lt ovary has a 58.6 mm in diameter anechoic, unilocular cyst. There is echogenic free fluid in the pelvis. There is no retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy or ascites. Impression : Findings of multiple benign cysts in both ovaries. Periods are in time but they are only for two days (not proper). I am having one child of 4 years of age. height is 161cm and weight is 68 kg

Do I need a surgery or not and to what extent ?
