Is Surgery Required For My Condition?

Hi, I am 27 year old , unmarried and have PCOS from past 7 years. Today, I got an ultrasound scan on my pelvic region and the report said endometrial echoes were thick in uterus. A cyst of 4 cms in left ovary and poly-cysts in right ovary with 5 -7 mm. Can you please let me know what kind of serious condition is this? Do I need to go for a surgery? Does this condition cause any problem for me in future to be pregnant. Please help!!!!
