Is Sweating A Side Effect Of Hydroxyurea?

hi doctor, my husband platelet was 1.2 milion, doctor told him to take hydroxyurea 4 months ago. now his plt is 400 and dosctor told us he need to continue hydroxyurea by now 3 times a day . he has excessive night sweat for 2 weeks . is it a side effect of drug or sign of something? I need your advice.
