Is The Thickness Of Endometrium Of The Uterus A Matter Of Concern?
Just received TV ultrasound results.
Uterus is in retroflexed position. Presume that means tilted and I knew that and not concerned.
Myometrium is mildly inhomogeneous
Endoetrium is at upper limits of normal (1.4 cm)
Dominant 2.1 x 1.9 x 1.4 cm follicle on right ovary with no evidence of free fluid or pelvic mass.
To sum up, prominent endometrium, otherwise unremarkable
Have had a fibroid surgically removed many years ago not concerned really about that. More concerned about the thickness of the endometrium (have done some ready and the thicker it is, the more concern there is about cancer). Should I be worried and does the myometrium results have anything to do with it?
