Is There An Alternative To Pentasa And Flagyl?

i am currently taking flagyl for a bacterial infection in my bowel. as well i am using Pentasa suppositories and oral imuran. i have been getting side effects of nausea and abdominal cramps. is there an alternative to pentasa and flagyl that will minimise or eliminate these side effects

I think there is no other alternative that it can not give diarrhea. I think you can use probiotics to re-establish the intestinal flora.
