Is There Any Chance Of Conversion Of HSV To HIV?

Hi Sir I had earlier interact with you when I was check up the blood test and found HSV 1 IgG 2.96 HSV1 IGM-0.65 HSV II IGG 0.32 &IGM 0.32. I Also tested Western blot which was negative. That time occasionally (Once a Month) red points were seen on glance with itching but now it is weekly seen with itching. I want to know is there possibility of increase percentage of HSV 1 as well as HSV 2. is there any cause HSV convert in to HIV.
Should i need to check up again. I have purchased online Valcivir-500 Tablet and Aciclovir cream BP5% w/w 5gm. Please can i take this and describe to how need to take the tablet also can i use the cream on glance.
