Is There Any Chances Of Pregnancy With Ovarian Abnormalities?

I had transvaginal ultrasound. result shows:normal sized retroverted uterus,slighty thickend endometrium,polycystic like changes,bilateral ovary, minimal free fluid in the cul de sac.Both ovaries contains 12 follicles less than 1cm is there any chance of pregnancy.? thank you
