Is There Any Permanent Cure For Melanosis?

Hi,



I am a 26 year old women and i have got a black pigmentation at both the corners of my lower lip. I consulted with doctor and he identified it as seborrheic melanosis. So, I now want to know whether there is any permanent cure for this. I have been suffering with this for the past 10 years.I have been using medicines like ELOCON,CLEARZPLUS and GLYCO 6. The pigmentation gets removed when i use the cream but comes back after few days/months. please suggest.
