Is There Any Side Effects For Syndopaplus And Selgin?

I am74 years old.iam 5feet&52kgs.I am diabetic on the border line ie135/124.I have blood presure on theborder line ie 140/90.I used to walk a lot in the morning & evening 8 rounds each round taking me 4.5min. Now i am unable to walk even two rounds and Each round taking 8 min that too with the help of somebody,or somebody may think i have drunk. drs told me that early stages of parkinsons & gave me syndopaplus and selgin.what r they? Do they have side effects tell me & help me
