Is There Any Stronger Medications For Stopping The Heavy Bleeding Due To Two Large Fibroid?

Hi I m taking norethisterone to stop my heavy bleeding which is due to two large fibroids I have I m waiting for an operation and to start a course of injections to shrink the fibroids before I get them removed. The problem is I still bleed not really heavy but still flood and get so much pain. I m going on holiday next week for a week and I m worrying is there any stronger tablets I can take. I also have to take tranexamic acid. Thanks
