Is There Any Treatment Other Than Prednisone For Vasculitis With History Of Heart Attack And Stroke?

In 2009 I was diagnosed with vasculitis. It caused me to have a heart attack and a stroke. My rheumatologist placed me on prednisone at 60 Mg. I am now at 15 mg. My doctor just diagnosed me with Steroid-induced myopathy. Is there any treatment other than prednisone for my viiscalutis?
