Is There Something To Be Worried If The Periods Is Reduced From 5 To 3?

i had a miscarriage in december...i was 8 weeks pregnant...since febuary my periods have been only lasting 3 days as apposed to before the miscarriage they lasted 5day's. what is worrying me is that i had my period 2 weeks ago for 3 days and today i have started to spot...do you know what the reason may be?
