Is Tinea Cruris Skin Disease Curable?

I am 45 yrs old.5 foot 8.i have this skin disease of the groin called tinea cruris.i have it for the last 22 years.I went to different skin specialist who prescribed me different antifungal cream and tablets but still not yet cured.Is there a real cure given the long period i have stayed with the disease?What are the dangers involved if someone stayed with the disease for such long period of time?
