Is Using Tufacne For Pimples Safe?

Sir, I am 25 years old and having pimples... The skin specialist has advised to take Tufacne 20mg 5 times a week along with an antibiotic to be taken for 3 times a week.... I wanted to know whether tufacne is safe as when i browsed through the net many have mentioned the side effects of it....
