Is White Color Vaginal Discharge With PCOD A Cause For Concern?

hi, i m 22 yr old married diagnosed with pcod my doctor gave me duphaston & folic acid tablets. i want to concieve baby. i m taking them for 1 month. now m waiting for my periods. if periods are not come than i will go pregnancy test? i m getting a minor white color discharge. is it a big problem?
