Itchy Skin And Gastric Reflux. Have Joint Pain And Lethargy. Gout Symptoms? Toe Swollen With Pain. Taking Lexapro. Need To Follow A Low Uric Diet?

I am a 41yrs old woman that has had itchy skin and gastric reflux for the past 6 weeks. I have increased my exercise in the past 2 weeks. I now have joint pain and lethargy.. I believe I may have gout as my second (L) big toe is swollen today and extremely painful. The only medication I take daily is 20mg of lexapro? Should i just follow a low uric diet and see how I go or should I have pathology done to test for early menapause and uric acid levels?? Thankyou kendall campbell
