Lump In Right Breast, With Yellow Discharge. Suggestion?

I am 22 years old. I feel a breast lump it kind of solid in my right breast.And today also I noticed some yellow discharge comes out.I need to consult a doctor.But that will happen only on january.At that time only my insurance can be processed.And I had also breast pain during before the period.Please any one give me a suggestion..
