my wife 33 weight 80 got knee inury due to fall. Mri shows horizontal cleavage tear in posterior horn and body of the lacteral menicus marrow fracture femoral and swealing.45 days back. Dr suggest wait and wach to heel and put on complete rest Is this type of tear can heel.
