MRI Showed Annular Prominence And Annular Tear Deforms The Thecal Sac At The L5 And S1. Could It Be Traumatic Injury?

MRI ON 36 YEAR OLD FEMALE, 5 9 AND 252 LBS SHOWED 1. MODERATE RIGHT GREATER THAN LEFT LATERAL FORMINAL STENOSIS AT L3-4. 2. NUCLEAR DISSECTION CAUDALLY BEHIND THE PLL COMPROMISING THE RIGHT L4 ROOT IN LATERAL RECESS FROM L3-4. 3. ANNULAR PROMINENCE AND ANNULAR TEAR DEFORMS THE THECAL SAC AT THE POINT OF ORIGIN RIGHT L5 AND S1 ROOTS AT L4-5 AND L5-S1. THE ANNULAR PROMINENCE/ANNULAR TEAR AT ALL THREE LEVELS IS IN THE 3MM RANGE. WAS IN A REAR END COLLISION WHILE DRIVING A 2010 CHEVY SUBURBAN, DAMAGES $1,074.96, NO FRAME TIME. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A TRAUMATIC INJURY, OR DEGENERATIVE ISSUES?
