Meaning Of Multiple Lytic Bone Lesions In MRI?

I have multiple lytic bone lesions shown in MRI, CT and xrays with the greatest concentration in the pelvic area. this week I had a bone marrow biopsy and bone biopsy of one of the lesions. We are waiting for the results to confirm suspected multiple myeloma. What are the other things these biopsies could show?
