Missed Period, Negative Pregnancy Test, Had Taken Dostinex, Vitamin C To Stop Heavy Flow. What Should Be Done Next?

hi , i had an miscarriage on april 25 i was 3 months pregnant . last month my docter sugested me duphaston because i got my periods 2 times in a month n tiny clots too .i took duphaston for 5 days n after 5 days i got my periods with heavy bleeding ,then i was sugested to take vitamin c to stop it ,. soon after this my docter told me dostinex 0.5mg half tablet after every 2 days like half tab on sataurday n half on tuesday like this till on month n i did the same . my last period date was 2 july n this month i missed my period its 6 days ago n i did blood test but its negative ,can u sugest me what should i do next
