Muscle Pain, Painful Erection, Used Crystal Meth. Due To Dehydration Or Drugs?

Had muscle pain all over my body last night. Felt like they were all about to spasm at any moment. Also erection that ached. I was twitchy. Was using crystal meth and GHB. Also kind of dehydrated. The sore muscles happened once before much worse - excrutiating. Is it the dehydration , the meth, or G? Combination? How to avoid? My gf also gets swollen hands after comedown. And numb feeling.
