Need Advice On Symptoms Of Pregnancy With Dark Red Spotting?

My lmp was July 6 I hard dark red spotting only when wiping no pad or tampon needed for 1 week starting on August 8, no real period. I'm now having pregnancy signs but negative test results is it possible I am really pregnant. I have 1 child already and my cycles vary between 32-38 days.
