Need Medication For Pain In The Foot

I fell down a small stair yesterday and landed with all of my weight on my left ankle. I heard many cracks and pops, with immediate medial ankle pain as soon as I tried to stand. There is minimal swelling but an immense amount of pain, I cannot put any weight on the foot. Eversion and inversion of the foot is very painful, as well as pain when dorsal and planter flexion. Rotating the ankle brings tears to my eyes. I currently have the ankle wrapped in an ace bandaged, I have been using ice, elevation and Tylenol, in addition to the use of a cane. All of which have not brought relief. To make matters worse I have terrible cold and finals to take tonight. I'm wondering if I fractured a bone, a torn ligament or have just a really bad sprain.
