Need Medication For Tan Caused To Skin Due To Dust & Sunlight

hello sir, i m an engineering student.actually my daily routine is quiet hectic n all of the time i m exposed to dust n harsh sunrays cuz my college is situated in a very hot area where the air is super dry which makes my skin dark n hair's lifeless.there is so much dust in the air n harsh sunrays that at the end of the day i m almost super tanned with dust on my face.since i have a wheatish complexion it makes me more dark due to which my skin is becoming dark .since i m an ardent ayurveda follower i dont use soap or nething on face just couple of facemask(sandalwood n rose powder ) n apply besan or multani mitthi twice daily to wash my face n i have a combination skintype.plz suggest me something to protect my skin n hair before stepping out to college since i m in college for long 8hrs.:( plz help
