Need To Quit Taking Spasmo Proxyvon And Parvon Spas Tablets

Hi i am female 31 years old...i have been taking spasmo proxyvon and parvon spas for almost 7 or 8 years contonously..i really want to quit it but it is almost impossible for me whenever i tried to quit it i feel cold and i cannot make a move or so and the worst part is at night i can never sleep and my bone is aching. I really can not tell my family because they do not know anything about this..i take the pilss 10 to 12 pills a day. Please help.
