Need Treatment For Vaginal Infection

Hi I need help with a vaginal infection. It seems to be vaginal bacteriosis. I have has yellowish liquid discharge form quiet a long time now and it has a "sour" smell. It never cause me any discomfort all this time but since yesterday....my vaginal area has been very itchy and I have a burning sensation there. I am 22 years old and a virgin.
