No Periods Since Many Months With Low Back Pain And Shooting Pain Down Right Leg Recently

I have not had my period since Oct 14. On Oct 31 I started to fill sick and felt nauseated all of November. On Nov 11 I wiped and thought I was getting my period because I had dark (like dried blood) when I wiped once and then nothing. In Dec I started to feel better and on Dec 9th I had light pink when I wiped once and thought again my period was coming. Now starting yesterday I have low back pain and when I squat or stand I get a shooting pain down my right leg.

I have a history of irregular periods and cysts. I have even gone 3 months without a period, however that time I had no symptoms of anything just no period.
