Please Suggest A Treatment For Verruca

My 5 yr old has verruca on little toe, adjacent to next toe which makes it hard to treat. It is raised and bleeds when take treatment off/ top skin off. The verruca feels softer than one she had on sole of foot. I have stopped treating it till but what should I do?
