Possibility Of Having Peyroinies Causing Swelling On The Base Of The Shaft Of Penis

I am 51years old and noticed my penis curved upwards during erection and it is difficult to enter intercourse. I also find indication of scar like swelling on the upperside of the base of the shaft. I think it is peyroinies. Please suggest the medication. I do not want to be like this.
