Pregnant, Have Bleeding, Mild Cramps, Ultrasound Normal. Miscarriage?

Hi, I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding a medium flow for 9 days now. At 4 weeks 2 days my hcg level was 221 and an internal ultrasound the day after seemed to be ok but too early to tell. No body seems to be able to tell me anything. I m having mild cramps but no clots at all just clean red blood (looks like red wine). Is there any chance that my baby is ok or am I having a miscarriage?
