Reason For Missed Period After Taking ECP

i had some doudt after having sex so i took ecp twice with a gap of two days,i was not much satisfied so i took gyneacosid after 3 days this was all before my periods date. my periods were due on 7th nov and still im not having my periods. my friend says that probably my periods got disturbed is it so or im pregnant????? pls reply soon
