Recommend Creams For Dark Lips Post Malaria Fever

Hello Doctor!
I recently recovered from Malaria and I have marks along with dry patches around my lips and a few errie looking spots on my face which are due to Malaria. Please recommand me some medicine or cream that would remove these marks. Would lipgloss help with erasing the dry patches? Thank you!
