My Mom has these red dots that are grouped together looks like broken blood vessels and started at the feet she can barely walk they have spread all the way up to her hips and she said they burn and she has swelling but no fever or anything she does have diarriaha on and off and hot and cold and really tired at times but that is normal for her cause she has fibromyalgia and ruhumatoid arthritis . Do you have any idea of what this could be
